Bun in the oven template

This fun and simple game doubles as an accessory that guests can wear during the baby shower. Print the free template from my resource library and get started on creating a unique baby shower game that your guests will never forget!

Baby Shower games are the best! As much as those games are fun and I honestly would play them again in a heartbeat! Wondering what it is? The game happens without anyone having to do anything special. The game doubles as a cute pin your guests can wear during the shower. This is a great job to give the mother-to-be on the day of the shower. You can see all the pictures here. I placed all the pins in a cute little basket by the door, and as each guest arrived, Kristen said hello and placed a pin on them.

The only thing that the guests have to do is make sure to keep their pin on throughout the course of the party. The winner has actually already been determined once all the pins have been given out. Towards the end of the party, before any of the guests leave , have everyone take off their pins and hold them in their hands.

Instruct them to flip the pin over and look inside the dress. Everyone will have a white pregnant belly or felt color of your choice underneath the dress except for the one lucky winner! Begin by printing out the dress template on card stock. Remember you can download it for free in my resource library.

Lay two pieces of felt on top of one another and start tracing the dress pattern all over the top piece of felt. Keep all the scraps to use later. Take a glue gun, and on one of the pieces of felt, place glue everywhere except the bottom line of the dress. Carefully place the second piece of felt on top of the glued dress and combine the two pieces together. They should be glued together everywhere except along the bottom edge.

I also have a couple of baby showers I'm working on, and I may make a few of these to sit on the tables, with baby socks in them. The lighting in these photos is terrible. Here is a close up of the top of the oven. I had to get creative for the burners. I had no idea what I was going to use to make them. But as I was trying to figure that out, I began working on another projects using PTI"s large square trendy tubes.

It worked perfect!! I was very pleased with that revolation. Here is a shot with it open. An here is the whole thing. I am going to give this gift to her in just a little while and I hope she likes it. Who know, maybe we could go into business together. Posted by Erica Payne at AM. Newer Post Older Post Home.
