A shopper on May 11, My lift stopped going back and forth, only up and down. Please help? JoAnn B on Jun 10, We just purchased the lift, when we plugged it in, it worked going both up and down as well as back and forth.

It worked twice, then stopped going back and forth. We thought it was the battery, so we bought the charger.
